Oracle Group Insurance Brokers NSW Announces Merger with Mutual Brokers Sydney

Oracle Group Australia is starting the year off with an exciting merger in NSW!

 Wayne Knight and his team at Mutual Brokers Sydney have recently decided to merge with the NSW operations of Oracle Group Insurance Brokers led by Jacob Ross.

 The merger has been a natural progression for Mutual Brokers as there was a lot of collaboration between the two companies, so after three years of Mutual being an Authorised Representative of the Oracle Group Insurance Brokers, it was time to merge operations.

There will be no changes in the business operations with the team at Mutual Brokers Sydney joining the team at Oracle Group NSW, with Wayne Knight, the director and owner of Mutual Brokers, joining as an Executive Director at Oracle Group (NSW). The team is now based in several offices within NSW, including Erina on the Central Coast, Bella Vista in the Norwest area, and a smaller serviced office in Newcastle and Sydney CBD.

The combined portfolio of Oracle Group (NSW) is now a GWP (Base) of $13.2m and (Total) $16.5m. With a mix of Corporate Accounts, Mid-Market, SME and Domestic. The combined NSW operations provide exciting opportunities for collaboration with insurers and underwriting agency partners.

In NSW, Oracle Group Insurance Brokers has now completed 3 mergers in recent years, first with Affinity Insurance Services, then with Paragon Insurance Solutions and now with Mutual Brokers Sydney. Oracle Group has provided a pathway for succession for their Authorised Representative network and is looking forward to providing growth opportunities to ARs.
